This is not what we tell you, but what our products and the results we have achieved over time show. Quality must be present in all the processes that make up the production chain, from the selection of the ingredients to the production and packaging of the dishes. All with a view to continuous improvement and in compliance with the most stringent food safety regulations. Our in-house analysis laboratory allows us to keep both incoming ingredients and food under constant control throughout the production process. We have been ISO 22000 certified since 2011, and we are reorganising production flows in order to be able to work in the near future according to BRC Food and IFS Food standards. We have twice received the coveted Gold Medal from the International Taste & Quality Institute of Brussels.
